Effort in cultivating a positive workplace raised recognition

Leighton Asia’s HR team in India has competed against over 100 international and India companies, bring home the prestigious ‘Dream Company to work for in the Construction Sector’ award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai.

Organised by Times Ascent, a branch of the nation’s leading media organisation specialising in Human Resources. The team has gone through stringent assessment conducted by academics and senior leaders from the industry since December 2017.

The award recognises the team’s continuous commitment and effort to build a people focused culture through enhance diversity and more training and development opportunities for our people.

This includes:

• Our Graduate Trainee Programme, which provides structural training and more development opportunities to meet the aspirations of our Graduates
• Our continuous commitment to maintaining a strong Health and Safety culture across our projects, which was also regarded as the best practice in our industry at the award presentation ceremony
