Leighton Asia’s Cavite Laguna Expressway (CALAX) (Cavite section) project team in the Philippines and its client representative celebrated one million manhours Lost Time Injury (LTI) free.
The team has been successful in achieving our goal of being LTI-free since the works commenced in 2020.
A key component of the team’s success is our strong safety culture built around the key themes of our Group One HSE Culture framework – risk management, standards, communication and involvement.
Safety is at the heart of what we do. This achievement is the result of great teamwork and everyone should be proud of it. Without each and every person exercising their ongoing commitment to safety, this significant safety milestone would not have been possible.
