Leighton Asia’s Women in Construction and Engineering Group (WOICE) in Singapore organised a collaborative painting event in March to celebrate women’s achievements and promote gender equity.
Members from the North-South Corridor N103 project, Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Phase 2 – Contract T-09 project and head office in Singapore gathered to create their unique art piece under the theme ‘Women in the construction industry’. All finished paintings will be showcased in their respective office and project.
The event provides a good opportunity for the team to discuss and listen to each other’s thoughts. Then, we reach our decision by listening, respecting and embracing different voices.
