Since our establishment in Jakarta in 1974, it has been our privilege to contribute to Indonesia’s development through iconic projects that have shaped industries and communities.
From the Leighton Bridge (officially known as Jembatan Siak) in the 1970s, to Pan-Indonesian Bank Centre in the 1980s, Satui Mine in the 1990s, Wahana Mine in the 2000s, the Australian Embassy Compound in the 2010s and, most recently, data centre projects in Jakarta and mine infrastructure in Southeast Sulawesi, our remarkable journey has been defined by innovation and excellence.
We hosted a celebration dinner to commemorate the golden anniversary with our people, clients and business partners, embracing Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage through traditional performances and warm hospitality.
It was a wonderful evening reflecting our proud history, gratitude, and outlook for the future. Our success would be not possible without our dedicated ‘One Leighton Asia Team’ , and valued clients and partners.
Looking ahead, we remain focused on excellence, and we are excited for the new opportunities that lie ahead. Thank you to everyone who is part of our journey. Here’s to the next 50 years!
