We were delighted to welcome this year’s CIMIC Group Graduates and Summer Trainees earlier this month at our headquarters in Hong Kong!
Our General Manager of Hong Kong Colman Wong, and our Strategy and Corporate Initiative Director Alfred Leung, met with the new joiners to introduce our Principles, vision and expertise as a leading international construction company. Graduate Engineer Stephanie Spaeth and other current graduates also shared their passion for and experience of working in the construction industry.
Group Manager of Digital Construction Francesco Tizzani led their visit to Nexplore Hong Kong, our wider Group’s dedicated research and development centre, powered by Leighton Asia. Francesco introduced innovative solutions and how these next-generation technologies will accelerate digitization and improve efficiency at our project sites.
The Grads and Trainees will kick-start their career by rotating to different sites and departments for an exciting learning journey. We look forward to having them be part of something bigger!
