IKEA Retail Outlet

Leighton Asia delivered India's first IKEA flagship store in Hyderabad.

The five-storey retail outlet, with a gross built-up area of 94,334sqm, includes:

• two basement levels for parking
• three levels for a market hall, warehouse, showroom, 1,000 -seat restaurant and home delivery area
• a play area and day care centre for children.
